OPERATIONS
Field Service Supervisor
The role is responsible for supporting the Field Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the City of Sydney field staff maintenance team. Your responsibility will include promoting safety, supervising maintenance activities, assisting with preventive maintenance planning, coaching and training staff, and ensuring quality standards are met.
The Field Service Supervisor will also contribute to reporting and handle emergency make-safe situations as needed.
Street Furniture Cleaning Operative
This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining QMS street furniture in the City of Sydney LGA. Your duties include adhering to safety protocols, cleaning assets, removing graffiti and unauthorized postings, assisting with minor repairs, and contributing to preventive maintenance planning.
You will also be participating in training, recording activities via mobility software, and providing input for weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
FINANCE
Accountant - Victoria (8-month contract)
This role is responsible for supporting financial operations through accurate month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. You'll manage general ledger reconciliations, liaise with auditors, and contribute to process improvements across the finance function.
As a key member of the Finance team, you'll work cross-functionally, apply strong analytical skills, and help drive financial insights in a fast-paced media environment.
